As a software delivery manager, I oversee and lead the development, design, testing, and DevOps of integrated platforms such as mobile and web applications. My responsibilities also include managing AWS Cloud infrastructure setup, ensuring adherence to Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) best practices using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

As the accountable individual, I oversee the design, development, and support of websites, mobile applications, and infrastructure architecture that serves a global customer base exceeding 10 million users. Technical Leader
I was responsible for developing, testing, and providing support for the Barclays Business Internet Banking portal, which was developed in Java. My role involved analyzing system requirements, developing detailed design structures, and implementing best practices and coding standards for the project. I reported on my weekly tasks through accurate and detailed reports and assessed feedback from my peers.
In addition, I identified project risks and collaborated with the project manager to plan mitigation actions, delegate tasks, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. I also liaised with team members, management, and clients to ensure that projects were completed to the required standard and identified risks, forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
As part of my accountability, I analyzed operations and scheduled training sessions to discuss improvements. I have also worked on numerous major enhancement and maintenance releases that have enabled the bank to provide world-class services to its customers, including International & SEPA payments.
